How your customers pay

Three taps from “I want this” to “paid”.

No Till numbers to type, no screenshots to check. The customer confirms on their own phone, and your website knows the second Safaricom does.

  2. 2M-Pesa promptA payment request pops up on their phone. They enter their PIN.
  3. 3Paid & confirmedThe order is marked paid in your admin and a receipt goes out.

Questions

Online shop questions, answered.

See all questions
How much does an ecommerce website cost in Kenya?

Across Kenya an online shop usually costs KSh 70,000–500,000, depending on products and features. Ours starts from KSh 70,000 for up to 80 pages, with M-Pesa, card and bank checkout and an admin panel. Domain and hosting are paid separately.

Can customers pay with M-Pesa on my online shop?

Yes. Customers get an M-Pesa prompt on their phone at checkout (STK push), enter their PIN, and the order is marked paid automatically. You need a Till or Paybill in your business name.

Can I add and edit products myself?

Yes. You add products, prices, photos and stock from your admin panel, and we train you and your team before handover.

How do I deliver orders?

Every paid order arrives with the customer’s phone number and delivery details, ready for your own rider, a boda boda or a courier. We set up the delivery options that fit how you already work.

Will my products show up on Google?

Each product gets its own page, written and structured so Google can read it — name, price, photos and description. Ranking above competitors is the work of our Gain Traction programme.

I sell on Instagram and WhatsApp. Why do I need a shop?

Social media brings attention; a shop turns it into paid orders without the back-and-forth. Customers see prices, pay by M-Pesa and get a receipt — even when you are asleep — and you own the customer list.
